I’ve been passionate about health & fitness for as long as I can remember. I’m an avid runner, yogi, nature-lover, foodie, health nut, and truly believe in a holistic lifestyle.
Food, health, habits - they all can be challenging to talk about. I personally understand this. I know what it’s like to feel off balance. I’ve had ups and downs with my own health, deep internal struggles with the idea of perfection and what a healthy relationship with food looks like. I’ve worked hard, at my own speed, and although my personal experiences may not be the exact same as yours, I am here to tell you that you are not alone.
